From a humanistic and integrative understanding of psychological challenges and disorders, I support individuals on their path of personal development. I draw on methods from various fields, including person-centered therapy, body psychotherapy, focusing therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. Personal contact and tailoring the therapy to your concerns and needs are at the heart of my work.

For me, psychology and the search for meaning are closely linked. In my work, I aim to help you develop a stable sense of self and find inner balance. This foundation allows you to address deeper questions or change processes without feeling overwhelmed or insecure. An authentic, appreciative, and empathetic attitude as a psychotherapist is essential for this.

It is crucial for me to consider and align the various dimensions of our being – physical, emotional, and mental. Likewise, I believe that integrating different approaches, such as psychotherapeutic and holistic methods, is key to finding an individual and effective path that sustainably supports you.

I place great importance on a respectful and trusting collaboration and on seeing you as a whole person. It is essential to me that you feel understood and supported in our work together.
